My Responsibilites and Services as a Personal Trainer 

As a personal trainer part of my service is the design and supervision of exercises and fitness routines, but I'm also an advisor and evaluator of activities taking place during your workout. Some of my important duties and responsibilities are mentioned below :

-Plan and lead exercise and activity sessions for clients.
-Motivate, assess and track clients throughout their workouts.

-Plan individual exercise/activity programs for clients in such areas as cardiovascular conditioning,   

flexibility training, and/or weight training, ensuring safe and complete client training
-Track client progress

-Ensure client adherence to safety and injury prevention and procedures.
-Monitor client performance and help target a fitness goal.
-Demonstrate various exercises and help clients improve exercise technique.
-Impart knowledge and implementation of the principles of exercise and fitness.
-Give nutrition and wellness guidance.
-Pass on technical fitness information to non technical people.

Qaulifcations and Experience

I'm 21 years old and have been practicing fitness, wellness and nutrition since high school.  I'm a former high school and college football player and a fitness-wellness pre ASD. I'm passionate about what I am and what I do, this results in client motivation and results.
