One thing that I know for certain is that no trainer would be successfully where they are, if it were it not for all of the help and guidance (and blood, sweat, tears) of the trainers who came before us.
I have been here in this same spot doing business for nearly thirty years. When I came here, I was a single mom of a two year old (Emily), 25 years old, with a head full of dreams and goals, and unfortunately, not quite enough life experience, competition experience, or executive experience to be able to accomplish all of the things on my own, so I reached out. I feel like I stand on the shoulders of GIANTS, and I am only grateful.
Since 1996, I have worked with many trainers! Some as mentors, some as colleagues, some as associates – and most as life-long friends and allies to the horses. I have so enjoyed collaborating with other trainers to produce high quality horses in multiple disciplines for all of this time. Watch this space for upcoming features about some of our local trainers, their horses, their stories, and their program offerings. I truly believe there is enough business for everyone, and am always happy to help with researching and recommending other competent and talented trainers if a client’s needs are outside of my scope of expertise.
